You are probably like most people, to busy, working long hours and just have a crazy schedule. Breakfast is one of those meals that people are skipping more and more. However, after reading this post, I hope that you will find the time to have breakfast.

Let’s first start with breakfast. Breakfast was given its name because you are “breaking the fast” from the last 8 or so hours you have been sleeping. This is the reason it’s often said that breakfast is the most important meal of the day.
