Getting Ready for Fitness

Getting ready for fitnessĀ is a lotĀ harder than popping in a workout dvd. If it weren’t, 2 out of 3 Americans would not be classified as overweight. The path to fitness and the pursuit of health and wellness takes more than a few workouts a week and jumping on a diet. It takes motivation, commitment, time and education (which I feel is lacking in our educational system). (more…)
